This week’s match will be a Pool A match. Let me know if anyone can’t make it.

 

As usual need someone to ref and volunteers for setting up goals and cones

 

Then if one of you could just bark orders from the sideline like: “get into space!!” and “one of you!!” or “mark up!!!”; swap the players around; and give them all a pat on the back at the end then I can stay at home with a mug of coffee and the newspaper…

 

We have matches through to and including 20^th December so let me know if you will be away.

As last week’s match was cancelled this week’s match will be a Pool B match.

 

I hope that does not mess up anyone’s schedule.

 

We are playing one of the other Waverton teams so it’s at our home ground.

 

REMINDER

 

Please let me know about jackets and whether you will attend the trip to Chester City FC. I have to give the forms to Graham on Sunday so I need the forms and cheques on Friday (or latest Saturday at the match).

 

The 5 extra kits should be with us next week so if you were one of the ones who did not get one let me know.

This week’s match is a Pool B match away to Upton JFC Pumas.

 

Please let me know asap if you cannot make it.

 

This is another very strong side by the sound of it with academy players, have only lost once all season etc etc – so be prepared!!!

 

We can take some comfort from the fact that last week’s defeat came at the hands of a team that not only included two Man Utd academy players (one of whom was in the elite squad), the team also played all of last season in the u8s league ie a year up.

 

Please could you also remember £15 training subs on Friday.

APOLOGIES – for sending this out soooo late in the week. I am beginning to learn that unless I sort footy out on the Sunday I am stuffed. Also have been abroad until last night which does not help.

 

Anyhow…

 

Training as usual tonight.

 

We need to collect subs fort the use of the facilities. Some teams do this every week and some every month. I would prefer the latter. If we work on the basis of £10 a month, that should cover it. Any excess at the end of the season can be redistributed or put to good use I am sure. So please could you bring £15 with you tonight or next time to cover start of the season up to now. Please cross your name off on the list which I fully intend to print out and bring with me tonight.

Tomorrow we have a match against Newton Athletic. It is a Pool A match

 

Any Pool A players who can’t make it let me know asap/latest tonight.
